Here I deal with an area I know a lot about.. macro economics.. LOLOL Don't run.. This is not hard to understand but it is something you have been programmed to "leave to experts" .. A LOT like the wizard of OZ saying don't look behind the curtain.. I will attempt to keep it simple.. because IT IS SIMPLE.
Supply and demand is a hard rule that cannot be broken.. Supply goes up with no increase in demand and the price paid should go down. Demand increases with no increase in supply and prices paid goes up. See how easy this is?? This principle applies to every THING..
So if we lived in a world that was based on pay as you go then everything would be VERY simple. You earn money and spend it after you have made it.. But we don't live in a world like that.. We live in a world that allows you to BORROW today to get what you want now rather than wait till you have the cash in hand. Simple to see that THIS CAUSES AN INCREASE IN DEMAND RIGHT?.. Even this borrowing could be considered OK but the debt being generated would have to be logically limited to what could be paid back BY THE BORROWER over a specific term that is reasonable. Up until more recent history that was the case.. things changed dramatically when Ronald Reagan became president and fiction began to posture as real. .
His attempt to bankrupt the Soviet Union by spending massively on military hardware using borrowed money in what was a very UN-REPUBLICAN act of deficit spending did appear to have succeeded.. Or maybe the hype was more convincing than the facts.. Keep in mind the Soviets could not borrow like the USA who's debt is based on the full faith (promises) in the USA to pay it back.. BTW that is the ONLY "backing" of the US dollar since the mid 1970s .. in other words the use of that word FAITH is an indication of it being a BELIEF..
So what we have being created in EXCESS back in the 1980s was a FAITH BASED CURRENCY because the numbers don't work out on ever paying it back. UNLESS.. and this is the point here.. If the unpayable debt terms are constantly extended out to future generations (on unborn generations like YOU) then we can all go around STILL BELIEVING everything is in order. You MUST understand that this was started before you were born and no one asked you if it was OK. And THAT is a huge reason why the ones who heaped that debt on you don't want to let you know enough about economics to even complain.
So a story.. Suppose there was a huge banquet.. Everything you ever wanted to consume was to be spread out before you and in such supply that you could eat till you fell over.. The problem is your invitation as Pluto in Scorpios was late getting to you and so by the time you arrived the crowd was so stuffed that they consumed everything but the scraps. So with the rest belching and farting with no room left you take what is left over and it was still good but not very pretty.. scraps are scraps.. While you were busy hunting down what was left for you the rest of the party up and left.. AND THEY LEFT YOU THE BILL.. for the entire banquet. OH!!
My contention for at least 10 years is that this so called crisis that we are told was an accident in 2008 was PLANNED. This was a CRIME of deception more dastardly than you can imagine. This GAME will only work going forward if the people continue comply with paying off debts that benefited people who may not even still be alive now. Yes YOU Pluto in Scorpios are supposed to be happy to pay .. so happy you are expected to have a lower standard of living and not complain.. So happy MANY of you may be making due soon on what is left of a paycheck with 50% or more of it going to taxes to pay interest even if you are too poor to eat.. To pay the interest on debt created out of thin air that was spent into the economy for someone else's benefit as if it was actual money is SLAVERY.
Think of it as if your parents bought a car a few years before you were born. They used a debt contract that made payment for the car your responsibility when you became an adult.. No matter that the car was worn out 15 years ago and is in a junk yard by the time you have to pay for it.. So even a caveman would not agree to that..
And the real kicker is that the FEDERAL RESERVE which prints our money is a PRIVATE BANK. Every dollar they create out of thin air carries INTEREST that you are expected to pay on top of repaying the debt itself. And get THIS.. the debt is structured so it can NEVER be paid off. There is always more debt than actual money by design.
There IS a solution to this.. and the Pluto in Scorpios in the 1700s were
forced to take that solution. That was why NO central banker should have the
power to create our money was part of the constitution. ONLY the government can
be granted the privilege of printing money according to the original document.
You do know that the real reason for the 1776 revolution was England did not
want the colonies to print up their own script.
That the USA has been repeatedly manipulated after the early 1800s to go back to
central bank control over currency. The FED of today was like the 4th of private
central banks in our history.. The fed came to power over our money in 1913.
Since then the value of a dollar then is now FOUR CENTS.
That every president that has attempted to take back the power to create
currency since the early 1800s was attacked with many being assassinated..
The last president to do so was JFK and he only lived a few months after he began to issue A SILVER BACKED currency through the treasury and NOT the FED. .
That should make you go hummmmm..

PS.. there is ONE person in congress that I endorse.. ONE and ONLY ONE. He speaks the truth and has never in his 10 terms voted for any unconstitutional law. Because of his seniority he is now as of 2011 the chair of the congressional committee that is supposed to oversee the FED.
DR. Ron Paul is your guy until someone younger takes over his leadership. Any of you with political aspirations should be using Ron as a role model.
