TIME = CHANGE
EVOLUTION = ACCELERATING RATE OF CHANGE
The MAYANS had knowledge of time deeper what modern science as discovered.. YET
One of my heroes is Ian Lungold who was born a few years before I was. Unfortunately Ian died in 2006 so all that we have left of his brilliant explanations about the Mayan timing system is a few books and videos of his lectures. You Pluto in Scorpios MUST understand that the knowledge base will die too unless it is passed down. Some of us old folks are still working on it and it is up to you to simply take the BATON when it is passed to you. You will in your turn pass it down to your own ancestors in due time when you become an elder yourself.
In my opinion Ian does the best job even from the grave of explaining the the concept of evolution of CONSCIOUSNESS as a series of accelerating time periods building one upon the other. We today are fortunate that Ian's web site continues to live beyond his physical life.. www.mayanmajix.com
The Mayan calendar is time on a scale that beyond the personal perspective. We can conclude after some consideration that the Mayans were looking at GALACTIC TIME.. So we have a WTF here? How did people living thousands of years ago come to know about this.. My conclusion is that they knew because SHAMANS found a way to escape from individual PERSONAL perspective using a MEDICINAL brew consisting of two jungle plants which is called AYAHUASKA. I have been initiated during AYA ceremonies conducted by a shaman in Brazil during 2005. Theory to most people is NOW MY EXPERIENCE. What I am telling you is NOT a belief to me. The MAYANS had an understanding of time that is galactic and is MATHEMATICAL. They also knew 5000 years ago that a black hole was at the center of our galaxy. They called this Hunab Ku.
So.. I wanted to start here with the concept of time as the movement of consciousness in 3 dimensional space before going into anything specific to application of regular astrology. Time does indeed exist well beyond the scope of our home solar system and the governor of the movement WITHIN is based on the SAME mathematics across the entire galaxy.
Astrology as we have used it in the western world UP UNTIL RECENTLY was developed DURING the evolutionary period when consciousness was building REASONS WHY about 5000 years ago. Astrology is the study of time as seen from our personal perspective. That is why the word we use is ASTRO LOGIC.. The logic and ORDER of the planets. Geocentric astrology and the cycles that spin off of the movements of the planets around the sun AS SEEN FROM HERE ON EARTH are THE REASON why we are apparently INDIVIDUALS with a personal perspective. As you will see as we progress along here that you are the "god" of your own universe and although you have free will you have not quite evolved enough to actually use it CONSCIOUSLY. The last step up the pyramid of evolution starting on 2/11/2011 is about being CONSCIOUS..
YOUR universe is unique yet is still made up of the all the same "things" as everyone else's is. OUR DIFFERENCES are just that we are arranged differently. No one is better than another for this reason. Humm that word IN DIVIDE Y"all.. Or maybe IN DIVIDE DUAL. We peeps are WHOLE yet divided as well until we have an awareness that there is something INSIDE LOOKING and BEING that is beyond INDIVIDUAL. The structure of the words we use every day have a way of revealing things do they not?
The REASON why we behave in a seemingly endless cycle of the same behaviors
in our collective and personal historical journey is ASTRO - LOGIC.
I am one of the pioneers in correlating the planets movements with the timing of
cyclical events which has an effect on the economy.. An outsider to that
knowledge might respond with ... I DON'T BELIEVE IN ASTROLOGY..
HAHAHA..
The solar system movements are the time template for the type of events we are
experiencing moment by moment.. No belief is necessary this is SELF EVIDENT..
You could start out with the simplest cycle which is DAY AND NIGHT which is certainly
not a belief.. The relative position of the earth and sun AS SEEN from your
location is where the day and night cycle is derived.. Is your 24 hour day not
defined this way? How far will you get functioning in this world if you ignore
the day night cycle? Then go a step further and see that the seasons are
ALSO based on the relative position of the earth and sun. The tides are driven
by the relative position between the earth and MOON.
Ahhhh. So IN REALITY everything here we humans experience is driven by cyclical movements
of the solar system as SEEN FROM HERE. The other planets are a lot more subtle
than the sun and moon are but are EQUAL in influence.. EVERYTHING HERE IS ASTRO
LOGIC. If you believe it or not that does not matter.
