Psychedelics invoke a kind of dream experience. They are about traveling between dimensions, leaving the commonplace dimension of reality for an enchanted world. But for a citizen of the west living in a modern society ignorant of the shamanic (and psychedelic) view of reality, penetrating the enchanted realm of the psychedelic experience is a wholly different experience than it is for an indigenous person who was raised within a shamanic context.

What a relief to have shut down on commenting on what is and should never be regarding finance and crime and what greedy people are forcing on the asleep... Whatever I have to say from now on is going to be over here at 8th House Sun.. This is where the fun is.. The artificial negative paradigm that the vast majority refuse to escape from is .. well. ... their choice to stay.. To those few of us who refuse to allow this false consensus reality to force our eyes down to their level I say welcome. 

To me there is excitement crackling like a static charge in the air.. MANY MANY people .. especially those who have been on the path a while seem to be interpreting this charge in the air as angst.. The angst is coming from the EMPATHIC NATURE of those who still have awareness of their hearts.. There is this sense of loathing and the reason is our empathy for those dark and asleep egoist personalities that regard the shadow as themselves.. This sensing the end of their slumber is max pain for them. The trick I suppose is that we who are a bit awake already need NOT identify with their pain. Their pain is an illusion.. 

 This story below is based on experience.

I was a 60s hippie.. I was physically present at Woodstock at age 16. Yes that makes me almost an elder now at 57 years old..  I took an interest in the consciousness raising themes of the hippies right from the start.. I had an intent to take LSD for the first time there at Woodstock..  BUT when I got there I saw too many people freaking out and decided to get a clearer idea of the 'landscape' in that state of consciousness before I did my own journey into other realms. This resulted in several years of intense study of matters occult which included hermitic and theosophical investigations.. this was well before I took up astrology in 1972. 

Being a cautious Virgo I needed to have at least some sense of what the 'rules' were over there.. Theosophy was particularly good at unveiling the nature of the astral and the planes of consciousness above that.. When I finally did drop acid in 1971 it was as a PILOT rather than a white knuckled passenger.. 

One of the advantages I had by 1971 was I already had learned that in that state of enhanced awareness what you focus your attention on is what becomes REAL.. Point your perception at beauty and love and that is the only thing that is real.. point it at fear and pain and that is also the only thing that is real.. So the key here is CHOICE.. I had approximately 50 experiences  before 1976 and out of those 4-5 were into what can only be described as an awareness of immortal spirit with no ego present to muck things up.. truly is the holy land if there ever was one.. .. I stopped doing man made substances in 1976 when I realized that the "good stuff" was being replaced by products of the criminal empire.. Suffice to say that the effect of my journeys before 1976 never went away and I  learned how to revisit there in spirit by other less illegal means. 

Why do I digress to "ancient history" in the 60s? because the rules don't change..  what is real there in enhanced consciousness is what we focus our attention on and nothing else is real at the moment.. And as time marched on in my life I began to see more and more evidence that this is the way the physical world around us works as well. We have an INTENTION.. focus awareness on it.. and it becomes REAL .. 

There is a huge difference between the manifesting power of an awake (to some degree) person and an asleep one. An asleep person is manifesting his reality unconsciously and is totally unaware of the events in his life being a direct result of what has been previously a focus of attention. Those who are more awake are increasingly becoming aware of the vast number of "coincidences" happening around them that cannot be a coincidence because how many trillion to one things have to happen in a day before it is LIKE WELL >> You cant make this stuff up.. 

So in this first post lets just leave it there for now.. Resistance to waking up is futile. Get used to it.. Waking up is FUN and don't forget it.. ..
